Doc Lowe was born in Chicago, Illinois and educated at Southern Illinois Univeristy, and at the Art Institute of Chicago. Later in life, he was able to further his education at TCC in Arlington, Tx taking art, english, and communications classes. He is a single father of daughter Camille and 2 year old granddaughter Olivia Camille.
Doc spent over 20 years in the contract security business from the sales/marketing and public relations side of business. He coordinated the Dallas World Cup security at the Cotton Bowl in 1994 and transitioned into writing the contigency plan for the World Cup in Dallas and in Paris 2002. He also wrote the contigency plan for the Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia in 1996.
It was during this time that he became media friendly and filmed various commercials and speaking engagements. He has done various voice overs and appeared on television shows such as Walker, Texas Rangers and an HBO production entitled "The Reunion". His formal education and exposure makes him a natural for the media.
