Over the past two decades Billy Fields has built a respected enterprise while continuing to observe and study the lives of achievers who thrive on and off the job. His ongoing discoveries continue to be synthesized into compelling resources for living in a meaningful, enriching, and profitable way. Billy began his loan origination career at the age of twenty-six and he quickly learned what it takes to succeed amidst the rising pressures and incessant temptations of the marketplace. While Billy was listed in the top ten percent of the company's sales team, his world was dangerously out of balance. Eventually, his personal empire of expensive toys and fast living was toppled by declination of status and ridding himself of some of the toys that he had in the world around him. On his way down, Billy faced up to his shortcomings and thus embarked on a road to recovery and redemption. Through the support of family, friends and mentors, Billy not only recovered but quickly re-ascended to the top. In 2010, Billy and a childhood friend discovered, "On The Level With Bill" designed to meet the growing demand for Financial Literacy, Political Sophistication, Social Affairs, Etiquette and Spiritual Abundance: In a fast-paced, story-rich style, Billy's show is designed to enlighten the listening audience in developing success in these important areas of life. He discusses the major deficiencies people can experience in these areas and the reasons for the negative habits that have created the deficiency with recommendations for suitable solutions

Trenton Archer - The College Student, Engineer
Undergraduate Student at University of North Texas Electrical Engineering Program
I would like to focus my efforts in more efficient renewable energy systems. Although it's amazing that a major cities like Austin, Texas have already switched their entire power grid over to renewable energy, I don't beleive that it will hold long term due to the fact that it is more expensive than it normally is by an average of 2.5 kilowatt hours. Another interest I would also like to pursue is owning a winery, since I have been making my own wine going on three years.
